They take a long time to attend at the self-service, even if you have an appointment. I spent more than 2 hours last time for an oil change and they didn't even rotate the tires.
Today I took my car for service. A associate named Tera kept me informed of what was going on with my car, by calling me as necessary. She went above and beyond in all matters of the service I received. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service was time worthy. I am very pleased.
I had to drop off my KIA Soul to receive the security upgrade. The lady working in the service center was very personable and had a great personality. I wish more people who work with the public were like her.
