The staff is not only knowledgeable but genuinely care about your wellbeing. They don’t cue in on numbers heavily without first understanding how you’re feeling - which, when it comes to your body, is always the first sign of something being less than optimal. In a world where men and women both shouldn’t be scared of hormone treatment and the stigma it has carried for decades, Optimize is doing an incredible job rewriting the narrative of what is most optimal for a persons body.
I was taken care of and given an extensive conversation and wealth of knowledge given my hormonal/weight loss needs. Haven't recieved medicine yet, but the practitioner and her nurses are wonderful to speak with. Say hi to Biggie if ya stop by!
Great experience! 10/5 ? Seriously, great experience though! Everyone was super nice, clean, wait time was not long at all. Dr. Jessica explained everything very well while going over results and straight to the point. Looking forward to treatment. Oh…parking was a breeze also. In and out in 25-30 minutes.
