Jim Sykes was my driver for a delivery and he was the sweetest. He parked on a whole different lot because we have a tiny facility entrance and he brought our delivery over on a pallet from a good 150 yards away. He was such a kind man, serving with a smile. Thank you!

We had a Lifetime playset delivered to the house this last Thursday. Knowing it was coming, and that we were on a small, dead-end street, my wife called a few days early to make sure they knew the situation. They had a teleconference with their driver to determine the best method of delivery, and set a window for their first availability. That driver managed to get a 28' truck down a narrow, dead-end street and backed it perfectly to the side of the curb right next to our driveway. Told dispatch that a 53' truck would not work for my residential delivery. Truck driver called before delivery saying he was in a 53' trailer and was concerned about making the delivery! Shipment would need to be delayed for a smaller truck. I took off 1/2 day from work and cancelled other plans! Was wanting to get delivery before holiday. I finally got a hold of someone knowledgeable and it looks like I might get my delivery Fri after Thanksgiving. Lets see . . . .
