We are new to Nu-Yale and have had excellent service so far. We enjoy the ease of having our laundry picked up, washed, folded, and returned quickly. The provided bag is a nice benefit too.

Very professional. Love the environmentally free cleaning methods they use, and my clothes always come out looking great. Also, I really appreciate the home pick-up and delivery service. Their app helps you to schedule pick-ups, or you can just be on a regular pick-up/drop-off rotation. I noticed a small discrepancy with billing the other day, so I called them. I was able to get someone on the phone right away, and they immediately credited the credit card I have on file with them.

Nu-Yale has been a lifesaver for us. We are elderly and really shouldn’t be going up and down basement stairs to reach the washer and dryer. Nu-Yale now picks it on Thursday and brings it back on Monday, washed, dried and neatly folded. They will also pick dry cleaning if needed. Could not be more pleased.Services: Laundry wash & fold
