All of my experiences have gone very well! The one time when the kiosk wasn’t working, the attendant took care to make sure everything was fine and done right. I am now a regular customer.

I have not used a dry cleaners in years. It has change. I like having a person being there and talking to them about my concerns. However, the new ways of doing things; such as the dry cleaners. There was a gentleman there that helps talk with me on using the new way of dropping clothes off to be dry clean and how to pick up, he was very helpful. My garments were perfect when I pick them up. I also received a text message that my garments were ready.

The gentleman who helped me suggested that he carry my clean quilt to the car for me and I politely told him "no" that I could do it. i'm on a walker and he so nicely helped put the quilt in the "baggage area" of my walker. I was please with him. He is a good representative of Nu-Yale.
