I have been seeing Alexis at NOVA for a few years and am always so happy with my hair. I’ve gotten to know a lot of the staff and they always smile and say hi and make me feel very welcome. I usually let Alexis do what she thinks would look good on me and she always does such a good job and I leave with glossy, beautiful hair. My color always comes out great! Highly recommend NOVA.

Where to begin, I call to make an appointment for a light dusting and literally ended up with butchered hair, they did end up refunding me for the service but did little to fix the issue, so I ended up having to get it fixed, so it looked presentable while I wait for it grow back out. Honestly the place was beautiful inside and for so many good reviews I was shocked to have such a bad experience and then realized what everyone was saying about how are the reviews and service didn't add up. Kaiti V. is the absolute best! I have had many services at this salon, and cannot say enough good about Kaiti and the salon as a whole. They are professional as well as kind and welcome me warmly at every visit. My hair has never looked better and my stylist always recommends only the products that she feels will help be do the best with my hair at home!Services: Hair extensions
