My visit was very good! Staff, Nurses and Dr. Hill were all very nice and efficient. I made my appt. on line (which I suggest) and the wait wasn’t bad at all. Great place to go when you can’t get in to see your own Dr.
I'm older and these young ladies were so professional but caring. The respectful way that these ladies treated me, will be remembered. From the receptionist, the technician, even the Dr. made me feel like my health really mattered. I really want to say thank you to them
When I came in on 12/20, the receptionist didn’t say a word, she just handed me the board to sign in (rude)!!! Then asked me if I had been in an accident because the system keeps saying Safeco. I know how difficult it is at times dealing with the public, but I was very ill and she didn’t help the situation at all by not saying anything and being rude!!! When I came back the next day the guy that registered me was pleasantly different!!!The medical assistants and nurse practitioner were super friendly!
