I have used The Norton Immediate Care Center at Fern Creek multiple times, and I have always received excellent care. Most recently I was seen for an injury. I received care, xrays and a diagnosis in a timely manner.
Fast and professional service. Really put me at ease and I felt comfortable with the care I received. Would highly recommend Norton Immediate Care - Fern Creek. Norton's has always provided me with excellent care.
From the minute I walked in, the staff was friendly and delightful. The MA was quick and thorough with the testing, the NP was friendly & understanding throughout the exam. Finally the nurse covered medication instructions and all my questions before releasing me with a pleasant goodbye and a wish to get feeling better soon!
