The nurse and doctor were very thorough. They listened to me and treated me with utmost respect. Discussed the necesary medication which would be best for me. The receptionist was personable and efficient.

I cannot thank Dr.Bryant and the kind staff enough. I was a nervous mess coming to visit tonight as my last experience as an urgent care landed me with a misdiagnosis which ended up with me in the ER.The Dr and staff were extremely kind and respectful. And they reassured me plenty. I won’t go to another ICC after this. Dupont is where to go!

My son dislocated his finger at football today, so it felt like a stressful and uneasy evening. Ms Diane was really welcoming and friendly, immediately helping this experience feel a bit easier. Deondra & Dr. Nelly were an excellent team and worked together to get my kid all fixed. We felt super cared for and the professionalism of the entire team was much appreciated. This is the type of team you’d want to provide your care in an urgent situation. Thank you all!
