Super friendly customer service. Stephanie was quick to respond and very professional. Pricing came out to about $1.50 sq/ft less than competitors. I couldn't have asked for a better experience; they're the real deal!

I was extremely happy with the service I got from Stephanie at Nice Floors. The flooring I started my home with was discontinued but Stephanie was able to locate it for us and it arrived a week later at our home. I was so relieved after it got here safe and sound and it was the corrrect product and color. Thank you Stephanie for saving this project.

Super friendly customer service and very competitive pricing. After checking several local big box stores in the area, Nice Floors delivered a price/quality that could not be beat. Stephanie was a pleasure, following up each step of the way to ensure my order was processed correctly and expeditiously as I was in a bit of a time crunch. Highly recommend and certainly a redo for future flooring needs.
