Very friendly and welcoming. Big room inside and only two chairs. Watch an employee park in the spot closest to the door. I figured customer should be able to park close. I guess the area is not the best. They give a small face massage once they finish. Seems like they do a thicker eyebrows and you need to request a thinner eyebrow.

11/10, always friendly, clean, and professional. They even throw in a free forehead massage! Now they’ve started to do lashes as well. Love this place, cannot recommend it enough ?

i always recommend this place! the main lady (not sure of her name), she’s so sweet and patient. she is the only one i trust doing my eyebrows! she always make sure i leave with nice eyebrows and a smile on my face. i drive from etown to louisville just to get my eyebrows done, and the prices are pretty fair. love love love this lady and this place! i thank her for always doing such a good job, i’ve never left disappointed.
