Jeff asked me what problem my car was having and after I told him that my driver's side front tire had a slow air leak that showed up each morning with an icon on the front instrument panel. It's a rental car from Redding California. I would fill the tire every morning and the icon would disappear. After several weeks of doing this each morning, I called the rental company and they told me to get it fixed. So when Jeff told me he found the leak and that it was too close to the edge of the tire to patch and needed to be replaced, I was able to get permission from the rental company to purchase a new one. Very professional. Took a used car that I was thinking about purchasing there and Jeff ( the manager ) went above and beyond . He is extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing the car thanks to Jeff! I will definitely return if I ever need any work done on my new to me suv.

I took my car to meineke for the first time to get a tune up, and the guy name Jeff is a super guy, very helpful and very knowledgeable about cars. I will definitely return. I do recommend to take your car to meineke on Plantside drive in Louisville ky, and ask for Jeff.
