Maupin is incredibly dependable and responsive. They continually come out for various sizes of projects in our 80+ year old house. They always fit us in quickly and ensure that the work they do actually solves the problem. Tom and Bobby are great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone. They are tenured in the industry and you can tell in their performance and approach. After much research and thought, I am happy I went with Maupin Plumbing for my water heater install. The tech (Bobby) that installed my unit was fast, answered all my questions, and left my basement clean. The price was right as well. I will most certainly be using them for future plumbing jobs. Wonderful customer service, technicians and great people. Home warranty being difficult and not covering water heater issues (go figure) and these guys don't have the mentality of "sorry about your luck" they really went out of their way to work with me when my home warranty company didn't. Also Daniel was great with follow up and continuously kept me updated in a timely fashion. Definitely will be my go-to plumbing company from now on.
