i saw Sam and he was so sweet, informative, and easy to talk to. he really knows what he’s doing and talks you through everything, explains what he’s doing, allows time for any questions, and was constantly asking me if the pressure was okay. i’ve never really had a massage therapist do that, and i’m someone who has trouble speaking up if something is wrong. Sam put me perfectly at ease and i felt comfortable voicing any concerns or giving feedback as needed. the front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodated me even though i got my appointment time wrong at first. thank you guys for a great experience, i’ll be back!
My visit at Massage Envy was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left, everyone provided excellent customer service. Rick provided a perfect massage and concentrated on the areas I requested. And the front desk staff were very personable and professional. I will return!
My 90 minute massage with Karen was wonderful. Her room was clean and organized. She made sure to spend extra time on my problem areas. She listened to me and adjusted her pressure accordingly. She was very kind, professional, and positive.My only issue is that the lighting in the massage rooms is a little weird with iridescent overhead lighting. It would be more relaxing with different lighting.
