First massage today with Massage Envy and it was amazing. Patricia did a wonderful job did exactly what I needed her to do and her professionalism and friendship was awesome ever. Couple glitches were taken care of and looking forward to the next one

I'm honestly shocked that there's only 4 stars for this location! I will admit that obviously since Massage Envy is a chain it's bound to happen that the massages and services will be inconsistent from location to location.. that's just unfortunately a side effect of being a chain.However I visited the J-Town location this past Monday for my birthday and I had hands down the best massage experience ever! The receptionist who checked me in (I wish I got her name but it was a 2:30appt and she was the only one working the counter) was amazing!
