Magruder heating & air provided exceptional service after having 2 other local companies, with thousands of high customer reviews, come out to assess my AC leak. These companies never took the time to troubleshoot the actual issue and concluded we needed a new AC unit. Magruder was very thorough. He identified the cause of the leak and spent over 2 hours making repairs, identifying a faulty instal that occurred before we moved in and doing everything he could to improve our unit’s functionality and mitigate future problems. He went above and beyond to extend the life of our old AC unit and, when it was time for a new one, he swiftly ordered and installed it.
