When I woke up this morning I felt the apartment was chilly. I checked thermostat and found temp had dropped overnight. I called and left a message about my problem. In a very short time I received a call from Mahammad. He confirmed my problem and said Allstate Mechanical would be contacting me shortly to schedule the needed work. Their scheduling and work were excellent. As he has done in the past, after the completion of the work was reported back to Mahammad, he contacted me to verify satisfaction with the work.

I was served very well for 2 years and a person by the name Mohammed attended to pir requests promptly and professionally. He has excellent customer delivery care service. The girl at the desk was also very nice.

Excellent and quick service! My only mailbox key fell off my Keychain so I called into maintenance and they got tech Jonathan out the next day to get me new ones! Mohammed was also very helpful at making sure I knew where they were! Very happy!
