I can't recommend Louisville Window Company enough! Not only was their pricing significantly better than the competition, but the level of care from the staff was incredible. Big thanks to: Matt for helping us choose the right awning window and slider. Jared & Crew for a clean, friendly, and professional installation day. Micah for his amazing craftsmanship—he even helped with our fireplace mantel and fixed some tricky trim work to make sure everything looked perfect. After a few bad rounds of service from other contractors in the area, it’s incredibly refreshing to work with a local company that delivers on time and exceeds expectations. We had a great experience with Louisville Windows. Matt came out and listened to what we were wanting, was very knowledgeable about their products and our options. Had a quote within 24 hours. Micah came out for final measurements, then Jared and his crew came out right at the estimated install time frame. Everyone we encountered was very professional, and the install crew especially paid close attention to all the fine details. We love our new back door and will definitely have Louisville Windows back soon to replace our windows.
I cannot say enough great things about the guys at Louisville Window Company! Matt came out to look around and give us a quote. He was punctual and professional. He got us a quote within 24 hours. We met with a few other window companies and Matt left a lasting impression that the others couldn't come close to. Fast forward to the crew coming to install - WE MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. The guys were amazing - Micah, Matt, Brice and Jared. They were so awesome. They were here with us for about 4 days but they made it so easy. They were all professional and did their job with care. And when they were done, it was like they were never here, for the exception of the beauty they left behind! No messes left around the property - just an excellent experience all the way around! If you are looking for new windows or doors, these are your guys. No other company compares. We LOVE our new windows and doors.
