I contracted Louisville roofing to install a new roof and repair leaks from defecive construction. Brandon Neal was my point of contact and managed the work personally. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING job efficiently, professionally, and in a most cost effective way. The aforementioned defective construction had caused a leak inside the home and Brandon was able to contract that drywall and paint repair as well (one stop shopping which saved time and money). They also did some siding repair on the home and were able to salvage the 23 year old siding and only repair the section needed. Brandon Neal was amazing from start to finish he communicated every step of the way. I had some issues with my insurance company paying them. Brandon and Chris the owner got with me helped me get the situation worked out in they never held it against me or treated me unfairly due to the matter. The whole team was nothing but welcoming, understand, friendly, and respectful. Also the work was phenomenally done they upgraded my roof and home value.Services: Gutter repairs

After collecting a few quotes, we decided to go with them for our siding replacement. The entire experience was wonderful, they not only did what they promised but also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Any needed changes were run by us first for approval. I would give more than 5 stars for the professionalism and adherence to the quoted timeline.
