It is impossible to speak with anyone. Phone goes immediately to voicemail and no one returns phone calls.
Only used 2/6 of my laser hair removal package I bought with them. Called and left voicemails to set up new appointment and even tried emailing and never got any response. Phone always goes to voicemail. Now I just feel robbed.
I do not recommend this place! They had some wonderful providers that left, and now won't refund money for services, not completed. They also will not return any phone calls or emails regarding this refund.
