We had a great experience with Louisville Hi-Tech Flooring. We replaced the carpet in 2 of our rooms with vinyl flooring. They came to measure quickly and the flooring options were really nice. Alan was our installer and he was in and out in about 4 hours. Our new floors look fantastic.
They were mostly responsive but the one thing I think would improve their service is having a clearer contact method. We had the installation scheduled but had to reschedule at the last minute, and it took a couple weeks to nail down a new date and time.
