I live in a condo complex managed by the Lally Company. Their website and technology are bar none the best around. Very user friendly. I can view my account ledger and make a maintenance request online and they are very quick to respond. I feel like my investment (condo) is in good hands.
I am a student at Bellarmine University which is located very close to the rental property managed by the Lally Company. I have rented for many years before finding this particular apartment, and never have I had such a professional and respectful landlord before. Every part of the rental process has been very smooth and enjoyable. They even have a website where you can login and pay rent automatically, submit maintenance requests, and stay in direct contact with the property managers. I will continue to rent from them for as long as I can until I either move out of the city, or buy a place of my own.
