Got my hair done by Nina. I asked for a bob haircut and an ombre color. She didn't know how to do either, but told me she could. The haircut she gave me is even all around like a basic child's haircut.The color was a mix of dark brown and banana yellow streaks closer resembling highlights that go from root to tip than a grown out look. I had patches of bleach leave white, bald looking marks on my head and uneven lines of color. I nearly cried when she turned me around and she offered to only charge me $80 for the work she did. I never made it into their salon because I was calling to make an appointment with a specific stylist, and the lady on the phone just had so much unnecessary attitude! Ugh, no thanks.
