I first came to KFD five years ago after growing fed up with another practice. It was a breath of fresh air. Professional but personal. Great care and good advice on making a strategy for dental care. Over the years I saw them a lot and never had a bad experience, and when things didn’t go as expected (they do sometimes anywhere) the staff was great at communicating and finding accommodations. But the real story began when I said I was leaving Louisville to move on a sailboat in the Caribbean. That set in motion a concerted and gracious effort to help me prepare. An extraction, a bridge and lots of extra hours by the staff later we were gone, but their care has never been forgotten. I have known lots of dental practices in many cities. I know of none better or more trustworthy.
