I have been trying to contact them for over 3 months now ☹️ I’m pregnant & have a tooth infection spreading and all I need is clearance and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Really makes me regret ever getting my teeth fixed because of situations like this
They NEVER answer the phone nor do they call you back after leaving multiple messages. I'll go to a private dentist before dealing with them. At this point anything UofL SUCKS, including the hospital.
The staff lie, lie, lie about the fees! If you ask a billing question you get put on hold until they hang up on you or forward you to someone who cares even less about your financial questions, they are rude and condescending. If pain is an issue for you DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to U of L dental. They cut the nerves in my face and broke my jaw, I now have a metal plate in my face and no feeling in half of my mouth.
