Beware!! I just used this service, they use contractors and it looks like your experience can vary, greatly. My contractor looked homeless and arrived in a car that looked like it was falling apart. He was very late. I tried to go with a contractor who was close to me but the contractor ended up coming from far away making excuses along the way. The guy spends about 4 minutes to pop the lock and charges 120.00 dollars. Now I know why they would not provide a even a range for what the charge may be over the phone. It's because they have no idea who the contractor will be or what they will charge. I think its a gotcha situation... they don't expect you to be a repeat customer...read full review
