The technicians were thorough, friendly, and professional. The inside woman I worked with was also very patient with me, not knowing much about hvac systems. She was also kind enough to offer her cell phone, so that I could text her over the weekend with any additional questions I might think of prior to the installation.
KCC was so wonderful to work with! They tried to save us money, got out to us quickly and even shuffled their schedule to get us a new furnace before the weekend. Highly recommended!!
The technician that came out to look at my furnace was super helpful and honest about what was going on. I needed a new furnace before it gets too cold and they sent somebody out and they got it done as soon as they could and before he left he even set the heat, so my animals wouldn’t get too cold. Very thoughtful. When I had questions they were all very helpful at the office and got back to me quickly. Overall great experience!Services: Heating system installation
