My carpet was horribly dirty and I needed to have it cleaned. I lost my husband last year and let everything go. I called Kaufman's and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get on their schedule this week. I was at work and they came in and cleaned my carpet. When I got home, I was so surprised at what a wonderful job Austin and his helper did. I never thought my carpet could look this good again. I just wanted to say that Kaufman carpets does my carpets. Normally they do a great job. Today, William came and cleaned my carpets and they're beautiful. He did an excellent job and was so nice and cordial and very conscientious. I really appreciate Kaufman Carpet cleaning.
