I’ve been getting massages in Louisville since ~2005, and this was definitely the best non-spa massage experience I’ve ever had. And honestly, I’d probably even rate it higher than spa massages (i.e., sauna, waterfall shower, fruit-infused water are part of the experience) because Meridian’s atmosphere is so tranquil!!! Sheena is warm and friendly, and her hands feel like butter!! For real - I’ve gotta find out what hand cream she uses! ? I will definitely be going back. 10/10 recommend.

The owner, Robert, is unbelievably skilled. He has so much experience and is a great teacher as well. He treated my trauma, mood, and anxiety after my mom died, along with all the physical ailments that come along with that level of stress. If you're considering acupuncture, go to him.

I was diagnosed with trigger finger a few weeks back and it had been healing very slowly. I decided to try acupuncture and my mother recommended this place, as they had really helped her knee pain a couple of years ago. I’m so glad that I decided to give this a try, because one acupuncture visit has helped my hand more than the steroid shots that the hand specialist gave me a few weeks back. I’ll 100% be returning!
