I've been with these guys for 6 years now. It's under new management, and they are committed to excellent fitness training. If you want or need fitness in your life and are serious about it, you will not be disappointed with their top notch trainers, coaches, and equipment.
I had no intention of joining when I came in for my free trial a year ago. I have worked out at gyms my entire life and just took a new class whenever I was bored. I actually thought there was no way I would learn anything new from having a trainer. Joe was my trainer- bless his heart that he got stuck with me. I have had 3 surgeries this year- and he has never missed a beat. Constantly working to make sure that I follow MD orders while not losing any muscle. I have not gained weight or lost muscle this year through an extremely rough time and I am quite certain that I would have just not gone to the gym during these times if I hadn’t had his support.
