Started working w this system August of last year and must say it's the slowest dumbest system I've worked with since early 90's. U be clicking for days on stuff, and this system creates more work for u to do that what should be, and refreshed 60 million times whereas other systems would be done and moved on to the next patient. I would think w all the money this system is worth, pretty worthless with the double work added. Hope they update they server to not have to refresh continously, so annoying!

No user feedback system in place. Outdated interface that has just gotten more convoluted and cluttered with additional software instead of streamlined. Would not recommend. Used for 8 years and not once did I ever meet or hear from a rep on its functionality.

I can't believe this EMR is actually used. It was created to make sure the company using it passes HIPAA, but it is not user friendly or utilizes common sense whatsoever! It is not made for Chaplains or Social Workers in any way. In fact, the organizations who use it probably do because they are saving money and it allows them to nickel and dime their employees.
