Geisha’s sacred season came by surprise. I was distraught and not at all ready to say goodbye. Dr. Bennett provided such gentle and loving care to my sweet baby boy. She developed a plan to keep him comfortable during the 10 weeks as the disease process continued. Although the progression of the disease was known, Geisha maintained an amazing quality of life. Those precious 10 weeks gave his bonded brother, Romeo, and I the time needed to shower Geisha with love and gratitude. I can’t thank Dr. Bennett and Cori enough. They gave me the gift of quality time with my baby before having to say goodbye. There is no greater gift.
I've waited a while to leave a review because each time I tried I would begin to cry, so this is overdue. It cannot be overstated how grateful my family and I are for Dr. Bennett and Cori. It goes without saying that losing a beloved pet is one of the most difficult experiences that a pet-lover can go through, but without them, these losses would have been unbearable. Knowing that all three of my babies(1 dog and two rats), were able to pass with dignity, peace and comfort due to Dr. Bennett and her team's care is the greatest gift that my family - and more importantly, my pets that were euthanized have received.
I contacted Heart’s Ease for our senior dog. We ultimately weren’t able to book with them because of our immediate need, but they were very compassionate, responsive and helpful in providing additional resources.
