My husband and I tried this hidden gem and were pleasantly surprised and thrilled. The food was delicious and authentic!! The waitress was PERFECT and knew that menu and what to suggest. The gyro was absolutely delicious and the reason we will go back....man it was good. Make sure to get the soup!! We ordered the lentil and vegetable and they were spectacular. Pros...authentic, easy to get to, small dining room makes for fast service, provides pictures of meals Cons...I really wanted "fresh" made bread to dip into my hummus, but it wasn't
From the outside Jerusalem Kitchen is very small and unassuming, but the interior is very charming. The staff greeted us quickly and kindly, and remained attentive throughout the visit. The music was nice and was not so loud as to prevent conversation. Best of all was the food. We started with Baba Ghanoush as an appetizer, which was phenomenal. Certainly the best I've had in a long while. For the entree I had a traditional Gyro sandwich with tzatziki, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The fillings were well portioned and the meat was incredible. Overall Jerusalem Kitchen was a great experience and I'll certainly be back!
Good food and good service. Our waitress was Ashley (sp?). I had dinner with 3 other brothers from our church. We enjoyed the food. I had the Gyro plate and had the Arabic Salad as my side Salad. The Jerusalem salad is probably better. Still, if you're in the mood of Middle Eastern/ Mediterranean Food, I recommend going here.
