I thought the owner's reply was interesting in that she supported the stylist saying they value the long term hair health...more than what I asked to be done, but it's my hair and I paid them... so basically they get the final say? I am pretty shocked at the response, rather than providing me an opportunity to receive a refund, I get the "We do what we think is best" even if that's not what you asked for reply.“

She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I had in mind while communicating everything she was doing along the way and why. “Gretchen absolutely knocked it out of the park with my new color. She initially met me for a consultation and we talked through my issues and preferences. I’m heavily graying, and she flawlessly came up with a plan to blend the gray with my natural dark brown, while simultaneously lifting old orangey color out of my hair. She pulled off a miracle and I’m so impressed by both her skill and professionalism. A++++ experience all the way!
