Called to get my son a haircut and they were able to get me in within the next 30 min. Super friendly crew, the cleanest cut my son has had and affordable. They do only accept cash and cash app so be prepared. Will definitely be returning!

Great barbershop. Josh is one of the best barbers in Louisville. He takes his time and doesn’t rush haircuts. I highly recommend this shop. Try to call ahead because he stays busy.

There's multiple reasons Gowen's is the best up and coming shop with an established barber to get your hair cut. With any service in any field it's always about the experience. I've been using Josh as my barber for EIGHT years. I won't let another person touch my hair. Convenient ✔ Profesional ✔ Sociable ✔ and of course Experienced ✔ I've been Josh's first cut of the day and close to the last cut of his day. Every single cut is always on point. I have never walked out thinking "man I don't like my cut today". NEVER. In the last couple of visits he's given me advice on how to take care of my hair and has always been professional and courteous about his approach....read full review
