We called Glanz and Buffat to service our air conditioner. It was a great experience from the very beginning. We spoke with Haley to get our appointment scheduled and she was super friendly and great to work with. Our technician was Dave was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this company!! Great service and great pricing.
A while back GB installed my new HVAC system and the work done was phenomenal, so I had them back for various plumbing-related home improvements.
The overall quality of work, including communication about timelines, costs, and the care to keep my home clean throughout was immaculate.
Now, with my second home improvement project complete, I (still) highly recommend giving GB a call. ?
6 years ago we had a new York outdoor compressor installed for our HVAC system. It was surprisingly loud, but over the years technicians from Glanz and other companies said it was working properly. David Poetner was the first technician to agree that the fan motor was defective. He replaced the motor and related module this morning, after his assessment yesterday, and the improvement is remarkable; you can hardly tell that the unit is running. It's frustrating a bit that we have put up with this "jet engine" unit for so long but delightful that we will now be able to have conversations on our deck and not turn the unit off when entertaining.
