My furnace went out on Christmas Eve 2022. I called several companies to get emergency service and they all told me it would be 3 days or more before anyone could come out! I called Givens & Son and got a hold of Mr. Givens who was able to come out in a couple of hours! He checked it out and it was determined to be a bad motor!! The furnace was old and I had been advised in the past that it could go out at anytime and that I should think about replacing it! I decided instead of trying to just replace the motor which would have to be ordered depending on if they could find that part to go ahead and replace the furnace!
