“We lost our Mother on 9/14/2024. Her funeral was on Thursday 9/19/2024. Dan went above and beyond with our family. Anything we needed or wanted he was right there for us! Dan we appreciate you so much making a very tough time in our lives more comfortable. Our family has always went to Rattermans on Lexington Road ever since I was a little girl. I'm 60 now. Carl was the only one I ever knew. I got to meet Sam before the service started and he was as pleasant as Carl. Sam thank you for that! I definitely rate this funeral home 5 stars!!! They offer free nose prints, paw prints, & fur clipping free of charge, which we were unaware of so we didn’t ask. They were able to get all 3 from her kitty & paw prints from her puppies so she has something to cherish from them. We are so grateful!“
