I am 65 years old and was a bit nervous that this workout would be too difficult for me. I didn’t want to embarrass myself. Well the coaches, especially Melissa and Julianna will make dam sure you feel welcome and will coach you during the workout. All participants are coached and challenged.Melissa is an amazing human and fitness coach.

The coaches are sincere and care about YOU and your goals. The members here are also amazing and supportive!All you have to do is show up, do your best, and put in the work.
