I've left a review a couple years back, and the five stars still remain. I always have a good experience here, especially with the learning residents who do most of your appointment. I'm now about to have my fourth eye surgery. Something I've struggled to find is a fax number, so I felt the need to post it for anyone else to find: 502-588-0553.
