I cannot rave about Taylor enough! She has the best bedside manner, makes you feel completely comfortable and at home. I was nervous to try waxing as an alternative to shaving, but once I found Taylor I was golden. She’s amazing, always willing to answer questions, and I look forward to our appointments. 10 stars! ✨
My favorite wax specialist is Nicole at the central location . She is hands down the absolute best at her craft. She always takes her time and assures that I am comfortable. She’s not pushy with sales but does make sure you know all the deals and offers that European has to offer. The front desk staff is always very sweet and friendly as well. Also, it does benefit you to have the wax pass…you will save tons of money!
Yesterday was my 1st time going to EWC, I moved to Louisville from Florida in July and I was in DESPERATE need for a eyebrow wax. I had my appointment at 5:45pm. Upon my arrival,I immediately noticed how clean it was! I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk who was extremely nice and professional! She then took my over to the wax wall and described some of the EWC products. Sine it was my first time and I booked online I wasn't sure which aesthetician to pick so I chose anyone who was available. I was assigned Taylor. She was very knowledgeable, made me feel really comfortable, Taylor did an amazing job on my eyebrows, she wasn't upset or anything when I asked...read full review
