As a family who appreciates honesty, expertise, and attentiveness from anyone we do business with, Matt displayed all of those attributes plus more that we can’t put into words. My wife and I stopped by the Stacy Springs office expecting nothing more than a brochure due to it being late on a weekend. Matt went the extra mile to not only explain to us the options that were available and sending us the virtual brochure but also allowed us to walk an in-progress home and explained what all adjustments could me made to the layout. So I am updating my entire review. After some issues I had, Mr. Alex (Warranty Manager) and his boss the VP came to my house. All the issues I was having have been resolved. There was a very concerning lack of communication when I was closing, and the warranty guy said it so fast that I missed 75% of what he said or it was not said at all. The VP and Alex actually listened to me. We spent a good hour talking and the VP said some changes would be made.

Sandy Grazziani is our rep and is absolutely wonderful. I am the Realtor representing my client. Sandy is extremely knowledgeable, personable, trustworthy, available and patient. She is an absolute dream to work with as a team member leading the way throughout this process.
