On 11/07/2023 I called my baby was able to be seen in a matter of minutes my black miniature black poodle. He is really sick when I say compassionate, loving , caring all above with max wonderful people. I got answers quickly about his condition also explained everything were I could understand whats happening with my baby. I said I can't go home without him today she understood she even called to check back on him the next day wow wonderful caring place. Max wasn't scared either he actually was excited but she knew he wasn't well. Love them! They had a big slump during Covid and staffing issues played a big part I'm sure , just like EVERYWHERE else. Give them another chance, a lot has changed and they seem to be back on track now.

I'm here to get my dogs last puppy shot. We asked them to check his ears while they had him ... they said this was an extra $47 to do. Wow. Once they finish and bring him back they take our card WITHOUT even telling us a price. We ask how much it was and they run back and forth and bring us the invoice for the wrong dog ...all the while seeming like they have no idea what they are doing. I have always come here never had issues .... today was a bad experience. Maybe find something for the employees to do other than sit around in chairs in the parking lot while one does all the work. Chick fil A shows better work ethic I have yet to see ONE of them sitting down.....pitiful.
