The time he took to explain to me what was happening and ensure my comfort throughout the procedure was much appreciated. He accomplished quite a bit in my appointment and I truly appreciate that. The hygienist who assist him are also very professional and considerate. They truly listened to my wants & needs and successfully provided me with the service that I needed. The office is very clean and well maintained. I feel like they genuinely care about providing quality service and developing a true connection with their patients, which I really appreciate & is not often the case these days. So grateful to have found such a good group of people to assist me in keeping my teeth & gums healthy.“

“Yes, EXCEPT, today, April 17, 2025, is the second time I’ve wasted a 27 mile trip because somehow my appointment for 1000 cleaning got canceled; IN SPITE that I received a confirming email a few days ago AND again this morning at 0911! Very frustrating! I have to wonder how many others have their scheduled appointments get deleted. I would immediately go somewhere else but for Dr Harmon, and him being friends with our orthodontist friend; HOWEVER, he needs to be aware of the scheduling issues.“

After working with many dentists in the area I realized I don’t trust any of their judgment or work. Came across Dr Smythe’s office on google and liked what I read about them. After my husband and I both seeing them I have nothing but amazing things to say!!! It was so quick getting scheduled, our hygienist, Kyley, was very trustworthy, she knew what she was talking about, and she was very involved. Dr Smythe couldn’t have been any more gentle or thorough; and I absolutely appreciated him explaining treatment in terms that my husband could understand and relate to. We each needed referrals out and they got us in quick and nothing about this process has stressed us out. If there’s a dentist I would now recommend in Louisville, it’s Dr. Smythe!“
