My session with Dayna was wonderful.I suffer from arthritis and significant pain in my back. Her approach is to provide well care through massage, and at the same time pay attention to her client’s needs and limitations.I look forward to continuing sessions as a complement to my exercise regime and mindfulness.

Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had, Dayna is very professional and amazing at what she does, I’m recovering from a broken leg and for the first time in months I left there almost pain free and the next day a felt great

Dayna found my trigger points, the therapeutic massage was extremely helpful and she gave me some things to do on a daily basis that have helped as well. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
