Dane's Salon, run by the talented stylist James, is a highly recommended hair salon located on Barret Ave. With a small and cozy atmosphere, the salon offers a laid-back and focused experience for its clients. James is known for his expertise in hair cutting and coloring, delivering excellent results with a polite and professional demeanor. He takes the time to understand his clients' needs and provides great conversation throughout the session. Services include shampooing and conditioning. Despite the occasional parking challenge, customers have been returning to Dane's Salon for over a decade, trusting James with their own hair as well as recommending him to family and friends.
As others have pointed out in their reviews, James is the best. He is very good at what he does, and he is a pleasure to talk to. I'm not exactly sure how long I've been going to Dane's Salon, but it's definitely been over 10 years. Since it is just James doing hair, it is a quiet and relaxing place. He takes cleanliness very seriously. Sometimes parking can be a bit challenging, but that is the nature of being a business on Barret Ave. I now have my mother and my fiancé going to Dane's Salon. They are both very happy with James' work as well. Highly Recommend!

James is amazing ?. He is very polite and professional. He had great conversation the entire session.This was the first time I've went to a different stylist in over 10 years. I showed James a few pictures of the cut and color I wanted and he delivered. I will definitely be back in for touch ups. Everyone loved my hair especially the layered cut.I have natural blonde hair but I asked for blonde highlights and red peek aboo lowlights. James was fast and very informative, as well as talented.The shop is small and cozy. It definitely has a laid back home feel. While there you feel as if everything is focused on you and it really is.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
