Bedroom carpet and rugs look great. We had several runners and rugs cleaned over laminate floors. After he left I noticed some wet spots on the laminate that I wiped up. May be our fault because the truck was blocking a car & my husband needed to leave so clean up was rushed

All the people I dealt with at Coit were friendly and professional, from the person who answered the phone to the men who picked up and delivered my rug. I received my rug back within a week. They are all well trained about Coit’s services and products, as well as being knowledgeable about different types of carpeting and care. I was very pleased with their customer service.

Tech showed up on time and seemed to do a good job. After the stairs were dry they looked worse than before. Called to complain and got really quick turnaround. Guy was back next day and recleaned tee stairs. Very pleased.
