Great atmosphere but ZEKE HAS TO BE THE WORSE BARBER IN LOUISVILLE. Whatever you do DON'T sit in the chair with the barber that has glasses! You'll be sorry you did. The other barbers are worth the time.

This review is on behalf of my boyfriend who came in at 9 am leaving at 12 pm without ever getting serviced. He was not informed of the "appointment only" policy nor was it told to him. Despite the fact of speaking to every barber at some point either in greeting or inquiring about the wait this was never said. Too add insult to injury there was even a point where there was literally no one else in the barbershop yet he was STILL ignored. After finally leaving he heard some of the guys laughing as he left which was the biggest display of poor customer service and disrespect that I am blessed to have only witnessed through being on the receiving end of the phone and hearing the commotion as he left. If you are not a regular save yourself the time and dignity and go elsewhere. This place isn't worth the money or the headach
