“Benjamin is a true craftsman and really made us feel heard. When we started our journey, we said we didn't know what we wanted, but we didn't want what we had. This was a full demo/reno down to the studs! New, floor, cabinets, paint, plumbing, lighting and electrical. He didn’t push us in a certain direction, or pressure us to keep up with the trends. He encouraged us to venture in our own direction, met us to shop for tile, paint and countertops and never made us feel like we were bothersome. We appreciated how he was really skilled at capturing our unique aesthetic. We also love seeing Norsemen out in the community, from Louisville’s Great Chili Cook off to the Belknap festival to supporting young entrepreneurs.To give more background about the remodel, our kitchen was remodeled back in September 2020. That's right, during covid lockdown! Benjamin and his crew made all appropriate efforts to maintain guidelines and we felt totally comfortable with them being in our home during a global pandemic. We just sold that house, 3 years later, and the investors that bought the house were thoroughly impressed with our Norsemen kitchen and these are people that look at A LOT of houses. Our beautiful updated kitchen definitely was a WOW feature and we absolutely got an optimum return on our investment in our kitchen even with selling it to an investor! $$$We have built a new house since, but we miss our Norsemen kitchen! From the molding to the trim, to all the other small details. Norsemen craftsmanship is amazing. We are so glad we remodeled sooner rather than later because we were able to enjoy the stunning space that was crafted for our family. We really got to appreciate the kitchen, and I encourage everyone that wants to enjoy their space more to remodel now!
