I was getting a little nervous because of how long it was taking not because I thought our dog was in danger but because it normally doesn't take that long. The owner kindly explained why and honestly went over board to get his dry skin off. I am a small business owner as well and unfortunately problems do arise throughout the day and delays happen it just part of it, then throw in kids being there in the mix which I also have to take mine to work some days. Some people just need to learn patience. Our dog looks great! And the owner was very nice. We will be back!

I’ve been bringing my dog to this salon and utilizing the boarding and feel confident that my dog is treated with love and kindness. The business owner is very responsive and kind. She’s always going above and beyond to ensure my dog has what she needs.

I am only giving 3 stars because even tho my dog came out looking really good, she gave me an appt time of 130 when I got there she wasn’t there and then pulled up like 10 mins after me, kept the doors locked so owners were not able to come in and check on thier dogs. And at almost 730pm she was just now finishing my dog after me dropping him off at 130pm made me late cooking dinner for my kids etc… Like I said my baby looked great but if hes gonna be kept for 6 plus hours every time he needs groomed we will NOT BE BACK!!
